The costs to open a new Apple Auto Glass® Franchise include
leasehold improvements, equipment, furniture and fixtures, signage and vehicles.Other costs include franchise fees, deposits (rent, utilities), training (travel, accommodation), inventory, technical (computer software), pre-paids (insurance premiums), grand opening promotion, and working capital.
The investment varies depending on several factors including location, building square footage and whether the location is leased or purchased.
In a typical leased location total project costs can vary from approximately $100,000 to $275,000. It is important to note that these costs are estimates only and that if a location is purchased and a “build to suit” development, the costs are generally much higher.
If you are considering converting your current glass operation to an Apple Auto Glass® the start up costs may also vary. Representatives from Apple will perform a site assessment to determine the costs.
Fees
As outlined above, our Franchisees experience significant benefits and support
as members of the National network of Apple Auto Glass® stores.To support these ongoing initiatives, and in addition to the initial Franchise Fee, Apple Auto Glass® collects Royalties and National and Regional marketing fees, all of which are paid monthly.
